Pembroke Hill came tearing into Monday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.5 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They never let the Van Horn Falcons get on the board and left with a 15-0 victory. Considering the Raiders have won 13 matchups by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Pembroke Hill's win was their ninth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 20-4-1. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Van Horn, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-13 record this season.
