There's no place like home for Christian Brothers, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They skirted past the Woodcreek Timberwolves 8-6. The Falcons' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Jordan Medina looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in five consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Dillon Wegner was a standout: he scored a run while going 2-for-3. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in hits. Lucas Rado also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.
