Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Iowa walked away with it. They were the clear victors by an 11-4 margin over the Pearl River Rebels on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Yellowjackets, who have now won 15 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Iowa is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-14 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Pearl River, they now have a losing record of 14-15-1.

As of now, neither Iowa nor the Rebels have any future games scheduled.
