Softball Recap: Bishop Kelly Knights vs. Columbia Wildcats

Bishop Kelly stacked a tenth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 15-3 margin over the Columbia Wildcats. The win was nothing new for Bishop Kelly as they're now sitting on 14 straight.

Margaret Acuna and Bella Rausch made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, Acuna struck out nine batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off three hits. Meanwhile, Rausch pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive pitching appearances.
