Recap: St. Louis Sharks vs. Houghton Lake Bobcats
The St. Louis Sharks''s recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their seventh straight loss. They were beaten by Houghton Lake 48-8. St. Louis was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Houghton Lake apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2022.
When it comes to explaining why St. Louis lost, one person who can't be blamed is Joshua Dew. Despite the final result, he rushed for 54 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries.
St. Louis' defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their overall record down to 1-8. As for Houghton Lake, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
St. Louis does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Houghton Lake is also done with their season.
