Softball Recap: Bronson Eagles vs. Chiefland Indians
Bronson blew Chiefland out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Thursday Chiefland got their revenge. Bronson fell just short of Chiefland by a score of 5-3. The Eagles were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Indians earlier this season, when they won 8-0.

Julianne Lampton spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned (and one unearned) runs on eight hits and racked up 12 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than eight strikeouts in seven consecutive appearances.
