Meanwhile, Greeley Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a blow against Niwot, falling 53-6. The Wildcats were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-0.

Greeley Central's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Timnath, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4.
