Volleyball Recap: Novato Comes Up Short

The home team had won the previous seven meetings between Novato and Terra Linda, and Terra Linda kept the tradition alive. The Hornets fell 3-1 to the Trojans on Friday. The Hornets were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Trojans apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Novato's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Terra Linda, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 12-3.

Looking ahead, Novato will be playing at home against Branson at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Terra Linda, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Half Moon Bay on the 20th.
