Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bloomfield). They put the hurt on the Richland Rebels with a sharp 17-2 victory on Tuesday. The win continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Rebels: they've now won five in a row.

Bloomfield's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Richland, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Coming up, Bloomfield will head out to square off against Bernie at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Richland, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 12-11 defeat against Scott County Central on the 9th.
