Volleyball Recap: Floyd Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Floyd was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Dora Coyotes, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Coyotes this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-12, 25-14.

Floyd's loss dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Dora, their victory ended a four-match drought at home and bumped them up to 4-14.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Floyd will take on rival Melrose at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Dora is set to challenge their familiar foe Elida at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
