Basketball Recap: Hale Skates Past Keytesville with Ease

Hale waltzed into their game on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They breezed past the Keytesville Tigers to the tune of 71-29. The Cardinals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 23 points or more this season.

Keytesville's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Austin Bartholomew, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and 11 rebounds. Bartholomew has been hot recently, having posted nine or more boards the last three times he's played. Isaiah Moser was another key player, putting up six points and five rebounds.

Hale's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Keytesville, they are on a 22-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-22.

Hale didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 68-40 victory against Meadville on the 26th. Keytesville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
