Camden entered their tilt with South Pointe on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Stallions by a score of 12-9. That's two games straight that the Bulldogs have won by exactly three runs.
Emma Oddie was incredible, going 2-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and one double. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March. Emiri Haymore also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.
Camden was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .444. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as South Pointe only posted a batting average of .241.
Camden's record is now 7-8. As for South Pointe, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 11 of their last 12 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-14 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Camden will challenge York at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Pointe, they will face off against Northwestern at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
