South Summit has gone a perfect 3-0 against Union recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. A feisty cat fight will be fought as South Summit face off against Union at 3:30 p.m. South Summit's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

South Summit came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Ogden, falling 9-1.

Meanwhile, Union kept a clean sheet against Providence Hall on Monday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Patriots. While the Cougars didn't have the best season last year (they finished 4-11), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Donavan Jensen was the driving force of Union's attack as he scored both of Union's goals, bringing his season total up to three goals.

Union's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for South Summit, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

South Summit was able to grind out a solid victory over Union in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, winning 2-0. Will South Summit repeat their success, or does Union have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
