Softball Recap: Crestview Takes a Loss

After soaring to 14 runs the game before, Crestview was a bit more limited in their matchup on Wednesday. They lost 11-0 to the Parkway Panthers. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Knights were not able to get on the board.

Crestview is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.0 runs over those games. As for Parkway, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 5-0.

Crestview wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 10-0 defeat against Lincolnview on the 10th. As for Parkway, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against South Adams at 5:00 p.m.
