Softball Recap: Sealy Comes Up Short

Fans were treated to a Battle of the Tigers on Friday. The Sealy Tigers fell 8-3 to the Katy Tigers. Sealy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jaylyn Packebush made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2. That run was her first of the season.

Sealy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Katy, they pushed their record up to 4-0 with the win, which was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Sealy will be taking part in a tournament against George Ranch at 2:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Katy, they will host Manvel at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
