Football Recap: Eastlake Takes a Loss

Eastlake was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 13-2 to the Mater Dei Catholic Crusaders. The Titans lost against the Crusaders in their previous head to head back in October of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 41-0 score last time.

Eastlake's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Mater Dei Catholic, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Eastlake wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 33-32 win against El Camino on the 11th. As for Mater Dei Catholic, they have also already played their next game, a 26-7 victory against West Hills on the 10th.
