Chandler typically has all the answers at home, but on Sunday Perry proved too difficult a challenge. They put the hurt on the Lions with a sharp 10-4 win. Considering the Maroons have won 15 matches by more than five runs this season, Sunday's blowout was nothing new.

Perry's victory bumped their record up to 19-15. As for Chandler, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 19-9.

Coming up, Perry will face off against Fairview at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Maroons' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Yellowjackets have averaged an impressive 6.3 runs per game this season. Chandler will be paying especially close attention to Perry's game: after Perry faces off against Chandler, they'll take on Chandler again on Sunday.
