Softball Recap: Fairlawn Takes a Loss

Fairlawn fell victim to National Trail and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 11-0 to the Blazers. The Jets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Fairlawn saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Payton Meckstroth, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Fairlawn's defeat dropped their record down to 4-16. As for National Trail, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-15 record this season.

As of now, neither Fairlawn nor National Trail have any future games scheduled.
