Flagler Palm Coast's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Pine Ridge as Flagler Palm Coast made off with an 8-0 win. It was an even better day for Erin Hughes as she scored three goals for her team.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last contest, New Smyrna Beach made sure to put some goals up on the board against University on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Titans with a sharp 8-0 victory. Given the Barracudas' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 99th, while the Titans are ranked 297th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Flagler Palm Coast has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 10-4-2 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 28 goals over those five games. As for New Smyrna Beach, their win bumped their record up to 9-3-2.

Flagler Palm Coast suffered a grim 4-1 defeat to New Smyrna Beach in their previous meeting back in December of 2024. Can Flagler Palm Coast avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
