LEAD Academy had already won 12 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.3 points) and they went ahead and made it 13 on Thursday. They walked away with a 62-55 win over the East Nashville Magnet Eagles. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 67-53 back in November of 2024.

LEAD Academy's victory bumped their record up to 22-11. As for East Nashville Magnet, they moved to 16-11 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
