Recap: Windham Jaguars vs. Manchester Central Little Green
The Windham Jaguars''s four-game losing streak came to an end on Saturday. They blew past Manchester Central, posting a 28-0 win at home. The victory was just what Windham needed coming off of a 34-14 defeat in their prior match.
Windham can attribute much of their success to Tiger An, who rushed for 195 yards and two touchdowns. Chris Brearley was another key contributor, rushing for 68 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries.
Windham's victory bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Manchester Central, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Windham will take on Concord at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in New Hampshire (Concord is ranked 24th, while Windham is ranked 11th). As for Manchester Central, they will be playing at home against Pinkerton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Pinkerton is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling.
