Baseball Recap: Riverdale Takes a Loss

Riverdale suffered their closest loss since May 2nd on Thursday. They fell just short of the Lancaster Flying Arrows by a score of 4-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Flying Arrows this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-1 two weeks ago.

Bevyn Dennis was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.

Riverdale's defeat dropped their record down to 11-16. As for Lancaster, their win bumped their record up to 11-15.

As of now, neither Riverdale nor the Flying Arrows have any future games scheduled.
