Baseball Recap: Greeley Central Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Greeley Central's offense. They came up short against the Valley Vikings on Tuesday, falling 15-0. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Vikings recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Greeley Central's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Valley, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-4.

Looking ahead, Greeley Central will square off against Mountain View at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Valley, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 16-1 victory against Middle Park on the 4th.
