Basketball Recap: Union Takes a Loss

Union was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They were dealt a 63-25 loss at the hands of the Wyoming Wolves. The Red Hawks were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 34-14.

Union's defeat dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Wyoming, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-8.

Union and Wyoming could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Michigan Rankings. Union (ranked 427th) will meet Thornapple Kellogg (ranked 177th) at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Similarly, Wyoming will challenge West Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Friday down 86 places (90 vs. 4).
