Softball Recap: Battle Mountain Huskies vs. Meeker Cowboys
Battle Mountain was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 28-13 to the Meeker Cowboys. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Huskies of the 30-8 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture on Monday.
Hallie Holleman was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring two runs while getting on base in two of her four plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Lola Behlendorf, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.
