Basketball Recap: Magazine Comes Up Short

Magazine and Jasper squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Magazine had to settle for second. They fell to the Jasper Pirates 44-40. The game was a 22-22 toss-up at halftime, but the Rattlers couldn't quite close it out.

Magazine has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-10 record this season. The win (which was Jasper's fifth in a row) raised their record to 31-7.

As of now, neither Magazine nor Jasper have any future games scheduled.
