The White County Warriors will venture away from home to take on the Dawson County Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
White County took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They blew past Greater Atlanta Christian 8-1. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by seven runs or more this season.
Meanwhile, while Dawson County put up plenty of runs on Thursday, the same can't be said for Chestatee. Everything went Dawson County's way against Chestatee as Dawson County made off with a 14-0 win.

At the plate, Dawson County let Sadie Dotson and Ace Cochran loose on the outfield. Dotson scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2, while Cochran scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4. Dotson is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now stolen at least one in the last four games she's played. Hannah Walden also deserves some recognition as she stolen her first stolen base of the season.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Dawson County didn't let batters stay on the plate for long and finished the game with eight strikeouts. That's the most strikeouts they've posted since back in October of 2023.
White County's record is now 8-5. As for Dawson County, they now have a winning record of 8-7.
