After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Raceland, Holy Cross was happy to have turned things around on Monday. Everything went their way against the Dayton Greendevils as they made off with a 24-7 victory. The matchup marked the Indians' most dominant win of the season.
Holy Cross got a massive performance out of Zakyah Ryan, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. The dominant performance also gave Ryan a new career-high in doubles (two). Another player making a difference was Jordyn Rieselman, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple.
