Barrow is 9-1 against Bethel since February of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Barrow Whalers will host the Bethel Warriors. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Barrow is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Lathrop just ended the team's five-game winning streak on Saturday. They took a 64-54 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Malemutes.

Bethel has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They lost 79-53 to Mt. Edgecumbe on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Warriors have suffered since December 28, 2024.

Barrow's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-6. As for Bethel, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-4.

Barrow was able to grind out a solid victory over Bethel in their previous matchup back in March of 2024, winning 58-50. Does Barrow have another victory up their sleeve, or will Bethel turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
