Basketball Recap: Carlisle Takes a Loss

Carlisle lost against A-D-M back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Carlisle Wildcats took a hard 67-48 fall against the A-D-M Tigers. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Iowa basketball rankings (they are ranked 152nd, while the Tigers are ranked 22nd).

Carlisle's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-13. As for A-D-M, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Carlisle will square off against Saydel at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for A-D-M, they will take on Norwalk at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
