Scales Mound is 9-1 against Warren since March of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Scales Mound Hornets are taking a road trip to challenge the Warren Warriors at 6:45 p.m. Scales Mound knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Warren likes a good challenge.

Last Friday, Scales Mound didn't have too much trouble with Polo as they won 65-46.

Scales Mound got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Kaden Duerr out in front who went 6 of 15 on his way to 20 points and five assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Aidan Soppe, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 11 rebounds.

Meanwhile, Warren played a tough game on Monday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 73-50 to Lena-Winslow. The Warriors' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Warren's loss dropped their record down to 19-6. As for Scales Mound, they now have a winning record of 13-12.

Scales Mound skirted past Warren 69-67 when the teams last played back in January. The rematch might be a little tougher for Scales Mound since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
