Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bartram Trail). They breezed by the Palatka Panthers to the tune of 67-32 on Tuesday. Given the Bears' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 83rd, while the Panthers are ranked 327th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

It was another big night for Alyssa Donohue, who went 11 for 18 on her way to 26 points along with six rebounds and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Alana Larson, who went 6 of 12 en route to 14 points and five boards.

Bartram Trail's win bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Palatka, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season.

Bartram Trail has already played their next contest, a 45-32 victory against Fletcher on the 23rd. As for Palatka, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 42-33 win against Matanzas on the 23rd.
