Sydney Husted was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). Husted has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in six consecutive pitching appearances. Husted was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring three runs while going 2-for-4.
In other batting news, Kaylee Rasmussen was a standout: she went 4-for-4 with six RBI, three runs, and two doubles. She is trending in the right direction, as she's improved her point production for three straight games.
