Jacksonville and Whitehouse are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2019, but likely not for long. The Jacksonville Fightin' Indians will be playing in front of their home fans against the Whitehouse Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Jacksonville is headed into the game without a loss and will look to keep things rolling. They never let Lufkin onto the board and left with a 2-0 victory on Friday. Given the Fightin' Indians' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 26th, while the Panthers are ranked 132nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Whitehouse). They put the hurt on Marshall with a sharp 10-0 win on Friday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Jacksonville's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-0. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored nine goals over those three contests. As for Whitehouse, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-1 record this season.

Jacksonville beat Whitehouse 4-2 when the teams last played back in January. Will Jacksonville repeat their success, or does Whitehouse have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
