Softball Recap: Bryant Finds Playoff Glory Versus Davidson

With a playoff win on the line, Bryant rose to the challenge on Friday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Davidson Warriors a 15-0 shutout. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Hurricanes considering their one-run performance the contest before.

Bryant's win ended a nine-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-21. As for Davidson, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 11-10.

Bryant didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 12-2 defeat against Baker on the 25th. As for Davidson, they have also already played their next game, a 16-0 loss against Mary G. Montgomery on the 25th.
