Baseball Recap: Abington Heights Comets vs. Easton Area Rovers

Abington Heights put the finishing touches on their tenth blowout victory of the season on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Easton Area Rovers as the Abington Heights Comets made off with a 15-7 victory. The win was familiar territory for Abington Heights who now have three in a row.

Reece Weinberg looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two hits in five consecutive pitching appearances.

On the hitting side, Abington Heights let Ryan Nealon and Mark Nazar loose on the outfield. Nealon scored three runs and stole two bases while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances, while Nazar went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and a run. Tate Pentasuglio was another key contributor, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in three of his six plate appearances.
