Softball Recap: Pine View Panthers vs. Hurricane Tigers
Pine View had lost seven straight on the road, but on Saturday they dropped down to 5-22 to make it eight. They came up short against the Hurricane Tigers, falling 8-2. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, with their most recent loss being a 16-6 defeat on Friday.
Kylie Carpenter was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with three stolen bases and one RBI. Kam Sullivan was another key player, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with one triple and one run.
