Jesuit was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after topping Brother Martin. The Bluejays came in at 23 in the state poll after placing at number 29 last week.

Archbishop Shaw made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 1,850 from 2,932. The improvement was largely due to a 21-14 victory over St. Paul last week.

Holy Cross's James Tabary and Jerry Cook have formed a dream team this season, leading 5A District 9 in both passing and receiving yards. 6-1 quarterback Tabary has thrown for 1,810 yards this season, while Cook has 58 catches for 738 yards. Leonard Fournette from St. Augustine leads the league in rushing with 1,166 yards.

The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between Jesuit and the Purple Knights. The Bluejays comes into the matchup ranked 23rd in the state, while St. Augustine ranks first.

Entering into this week's contest against Catholic, Tabary is short just 190 passing yards to break 2,000 on the season.

The Crusaders fell 17-14 to Jesuit in the closest game of the week. In the loss.
