With a playoff win on the line, Creekside Christian Academy rose to the challenge on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Scholars Guild Academy Spartans with a sharp 3-0 victory. This was a revenge game for the Cougars: when they faced off against the Spartans back in September, they had to take a 3-0 defeat.

Gabby Morris paced Creekside Christian Academy's offense, picking up 17 kills. Morris got some help from Katelynn Rossiter and her 22 assists. Finally, Morris was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high seven blocks.

Despite the loss, Scholars Guild Academy still got an impressive performance from Finley Robinson, who had 15 digs. Robinson is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 13 or more in each of the last seven games she's played.

The win made it two in a row for Creekside Christian Academy and bumps their season record up to 13-18. As for Scholars Guild Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 19-9.

Creekside Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Scholars Guild Academy, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Young Americans Christian on the 6th.
