Volleyball Recap: Burlingame Wins Going Away Against Hillsdale + How To Watch

Burlingame won the last time they faced Hillsdale and things went their way on Thursday too. The Panthers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Fighting Knights.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-14, 25-18.

Among those leading the charge was Sam Hollrah, who had eight digs and three aces. What's more, she posted five assists, the most she's had since September 2nd. Catarina Brione also deserves some recognition as she had her first dig of the season.

They weren't the only good servers: Burlingame was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 12 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Hillsdale only served two.

Burlingame's victory bumped their record up to 8-10. As for Hillsdale, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-10.

Burlingame didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-2 defeat against Menlo-Atherton on the 30th. As for Hillsdale, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Sequoia on the 30th.
