St. Anthony Village scored the most runs they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They fell just short of the Richfield Spartans by a score of 12-11. The Huskies' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it five in a row.

Caitlyn Rosha made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with four runs, two stolen bases, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Ellie Brustad, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

St. Anthony Village's loss dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Richfield, their victory bumped their record up to 4-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Anthony Village will venture away from home to challenge Visitation at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Blazers' pitching crew has only allowed 3.6 runs per game this season, so the Huskies' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Richfield, they will head out on the road to take on Breck at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
