Baseball Game Preview: Winter Springs Bears vs. Wesley Chapel Wildcats

For the second straight game, Winter Springs will face off against Wesley Chapel. The Bears will welcome the Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Winter Springs will be looking to extend their current 14-game winning streak.

Winter Springs is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Wesley Chapel, sneaking past 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Bears have posted since April 4th.

Robbie Mungovan looked comfortable as he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits over four innings pitched. He has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in 13 consecutive appearances.
