Meanwhile, Erath strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They really took it to Abbeville for the full four quarters, racking up a 40-12 win. The result was nothing new for the Bobcats, who have now won seven contests by 28 points or more so far this season.

Bogalusa's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Erath, their victory bumped their record up to 10-0.
