Softball Recap: St. Dominic Takes a Loss

Monmouth Academy hit St. Dominic with a five-run fifth inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Saints fell 10-7 to the Mustangs. The Saints have struggled against the Mustangs recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Emily Andrews was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one double. Piper Croteau also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.
