Volleyball Recap: Ennis Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Ennis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Broadwater Bulldogs, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat last Thursday.

Broadwater can attribute much of their success to Emmalin Fischer, who had 17 digs. Fischer has been hot recently, having posted 14 or more digs the last three times she's played.

Ennis' loss dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Broadwater, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 27-7-2 record this season.

Ennis does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Broadwater, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Jefferson on the 31st.
