Baseball Recap: Menlo School Takes a Loss

Menlo School lost against Aptos back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Menlo School took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Aptos. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kc Chavinson made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-2. Liam Widner also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Menlo School's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Aptos, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Menlo School wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 9-1 win against Westmont on the 20th. As for Aptos, they have also already played their next game, a 5-3 defeat against St. Francis on the 19th.
