Softball Recap: Everett Takes a Loss

The home team had come away the winner the last four times Everett and Lynn Classical had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Crimson Tide came up short against the Rams on Monday, falling 18-4. The loss continues a trend for the Crimson Tide in their meetings with the Rams: they've now lost three in a row.

Everett now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Lynn Classical, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Everett will face off against rival Somerville at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Lynn Classical is set to square off against their familiar foe Lynn English at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
