After a string of three wins, Grinnell's good fortune finally ran out on Wednesday. Neither they nor the Ballard Bombers could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time Grinnell have been dealt a draw since back in April.

With that draw, Grinnell's record moves to 5-12-3. Meanwhile, Ballard's record is now 9-9-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Grinnell will host Oskaloosa at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Ballard, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Bondurant-Farrar on Tuesday.
