After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lake Havasu, Gila Ridge was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They blew past the Valley Vista Monsoon 13-7. The high-scoring effort was just what the Hawks needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.
Raul Vega looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.
