Softball Recap: Azle Hornets vs. Granbury Pirates

Azle lost to Granbury back in March, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Hornets walked away with an 11-6 victory over the Pirates. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Hornets.

Fallon Inglet made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Inglet was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 1-for-3. Those two stolen bases gave her a new career-high.

In other batting news, Haley Carlson and Bella Tipton did most of the damage at the plate: Carlson scored two runs and stole a base while going 4-for-4, while Tipton went 1-for-4 with one home run and two RBI.
